Abstract:Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Q755 laser combined with intense pulsed light in the treatment of pigmented skin diseases. Methods A total of 80 patients with pigmented skin diseases admitted to Department of Dermatology, Nantong Haimen District People's Hospital from January 2019 to November 2020 were randomly divided into observation group and control group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intense pulsed light alone, and the observation group was treated with Q755 laser on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy and satisfaction level after treatment were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 92.50%, which was higher than 77.50% of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of treatment experience, treatment efficiency, treatment quality and service attitude in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
