Objective To explore the clinical effectof eye pouch cosmetic surgery by external route. Methods From December 2019 to July 2021, 62 patients who were underwent eye bag cosmetic surgery in our hospital were selected, while 31 patients with eye pouch cosmetic surgery by internal method were set as the routine group, and 31 cases of patients with eye pouch cosmetic surgery by external method were set as the study group. The treatment efficiency, complication rate, treatment satisfaction, emotional quality change and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The treatment effectiverate of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the study group was lower than that in the conventional group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). The treatment satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the differencewas statistically signifiant (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the conventional group, and the differene was statistically significan (P<0.05). The quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the conventional group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of eye pouch cosmetic surgery, the external route method has a positive effect on improving the quality and safety of cosmetic sugery.
