Objective To study the effectof fruit acid and acne extrusion for acne vulgaris. Methods A total of 268 patients with acne vulgaris admitted to Dongguan Marina Bay Central Hospital from March to October 2021 were selected as the research objects, and they were divided into the control group and the combined group according to the random number table method, with 134 cases in each group. The control group was treated with acid skin, and the combined group was treated with acne extrusion on the basis of the control group. The comprehensive classificationof acne, clinical efficacand adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The Global Acne Grading System scores of the second, third and fourth treatment in the combined group were lower than those before treatment, the fist treatment and the control group, and the diference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The total effectiverate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). There was no significantdifferencein the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The effectof acid combined with acne extrusion in the treatment of acne vulgaris is accurate, which can improve the degree of acne, and the treatment safety is high.
