Objective To study the clinical effectof compound Muni Ziqi particle combined with isotretinoin capsules in the treatment of acne patients. Methods A total of 160 acne patients who were treated in our hospital from January 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the digital table method, with 80 cases in each group. The control group were treated with isotretinoin capsules, and the observation group were treated with compound Muni Ziqi particle on the basis of the control group. After 8 weeks of treatment, the clinical effica, skin lesion score and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effectiverate of the observation group was higher than of the control group (92.50% vs 70.00%), and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The lesion severity score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than in the control group (11.25% vs 28.75%), and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effectof compound Muni Ziqi particle combined with isotretinoin capsules in the treatment of acne is good, which can not only effectivelyimprove the skin lesions of patients, but also reduce the incidence of adverse reactions and promote the recovery of the disease.
