Abstract:bjective To discuss the treatment value of photorejuvenation combined with fruit acid on enlarged facial pores. Methods A total of 40 patients with enlarged facial pores admitted to our hospital from May 2019 to November 2020 were selected and divided into the control group and the experimental group according to the odds and evens of hospitalization number, with 20 cases in each group. The control group was treated with photorejuvenation, and the experimental group was treated with fruit acid combined with photorejuvenation. The treatment efficien, treatment satisfaction rate, anxiety (SDS) and depression (SAS) scores, and the grossness of pores in the two groups were observed. Results The clinical effectiverate and treatment satisfaction rate of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group, and the grossness of pores, SDS score and SAS score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Photorejuvenation combined with fruit acid has achieved good application effet in the treatment of enlarged facial pores, which can significntly improve the adverse psychology caused by thick facial pores and improve the treatment satisfaction.
