Objective To analyze the application value of breast reshaping with displacement in residual gland following breast conserving surgery. Methods A total of 80 patients with breast cancer who underwent breast conserving surgery in the Department of Nail and Breast Surgery, Xi'an International Medical Center Hospital from December 2019 to June 2021 were selected and divided into experimental group and reference group by random table method, with 40 cases in each group. The experimental group was treated with breast reshaping with displacement and the reference group was treated with direct suture skin method. The inflammtory factors (tumor necrosis factor-α, procalcitonin), cosmetic effectand complication rate were compared between the two groups. Results The levels of tumor necrosis factor-α and procalcitonin in the two groups after treatment were higher than those before treatment, but the experimental group was lower than the reference group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). The cosmetic effectof the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the experimental group was 7.50%, which was lower than 30.00% in the reference group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The cosmetic effectof breast reshaping with displacement in residual gland following breast conserving surgery is good, which can reduce the level of inflammatory factors in patients, and the incidence of complications is lo.
