Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value of comprehensive rehabilitation nursing in patients with large area burn. Methods A total of 80 patients with large area burn admitted to Mianyang Hospital Affiated to Medical College of University of Electronic Science and Technology from November 2020 to November 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given basic nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive rehabilitation nursing. The wound healing rate, pain score, physical satisfaction score and inflammatoryindexes [tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), interleukin-6 (IL-6), osteopontin (OPN)] were compared between the two groups. Results The wound healing rate of the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 80.00% of the control group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). The pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). The levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and OPN in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differencewas statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with large area burn can not only accelerate the wound healing rate, reduce the pain of patients, and reduce the inflammatory factor index, but also improve the nursing satisfaction of patients
