Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of refined nursing in the perioperative period of interventionatreatment of lower limb arteriosclerosis obliterans. Methods A total of 42 patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosis obliterans who underwent interventional therapy in our hospital from August 2020 to August 2021 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 21 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given refined nursing.The psychological state index, pain score, incidence of complications, quality of life and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of anxiety and depression in the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group (P<0.05). The pain scores of the two groups were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.76%, which was lower than 19.05% in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%, which was higher than 80.95% of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of refined nursing in patients with lower extremity arteriosclerosisobliterans interventional therapy can improve anxiety and depression, reduce pain, prevent complications, improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worthy of clinical application.
