Abstract:Objective To investigate the self-feedback, status quo of scientificresearch level and its relationship with the source structure of medical postgraduates cultivated by teaching departments under the policy of “two-track integration” in Burn Plastic Department of Teaching Hospital, and to put forward countermeasures and suggestions. Methods From July 2019 to October 2021, a questionnaire survey on scientificresearch ability feedback and scientificresearch related level was conducted among 49 medical postgraduates in the Department of Burn and Plastic Surgery, PLA Medical College. The relationship between scientificresearch ability feedback and students' source structure was analyzed and discussed, and teaching suggestions were put forward. Results Among the 49 medical postgraduates trained in the teaching of burn and plastic surgery, 9 (100.00%) students from 985 universities and 10 (91.46%) students from 211 universities believed that after the training of burn and plastic surgery teaching departments, the writing ability, defense ability, literature reading ability and professional knowledge learning ability of papers were improved, and the proportion was higher than that of other universities. After training, among the 10 standards for improving scientificresearch-related abilities, namely, the average score of basic courses was more than 80 points, reaching the standard of transferring students to graduate schools, obtaining scholarships, outstanding papers, obtaining topics, awards for achievements, and publishing SCI, the proportion of SCI articles published by other universities (39.64%) was higher than that of graduate students from 211 universities (33.22%), and the proportion of 985/211 universities was higher than that of graduate students from other universities in the nine standards. Conclusion The self-feedback of research ability improvement and the proportion of research level improvement of graduate students from universities of 985 and 211 are higher than those from other universities after training in plastic surgery and repair department of teaching hospital. It is suggested that differentteaching methods and teaching methods should be adopted through individualized teaching, so as to lay the foundation for the national training of postgraduates majoring in burn and plastic surgery with “clinical research in parallel”.
