Objective To analyze the effectof hyaluronic acid injection in facial rejuvenation. Methods A total of 78 cosmetic patients who came to our hospital for facial rejuvenation treatment from January to October 2021 were selected as subjects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, 39 cases in each group. The observation group was given facial injection of uric acid, and the control group was given facial injection of botulinum toxin. The clinical effica, facial value and skin condition of the two groups were compared. Results The total effectiverate of the observation group was 94.87%, which was higher than 76.92% of the control group (P<0.05). The facial values of AI, BI and CI in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of dark spots in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the scores of moisture and elasticity were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hyaluronic acid injection has significantapplication advantages in facial rejuvenation, which can improve the therapeutic effectof facial rejuvenation, and improve their facial contour and skin condition.
