    目的 探讨果酸联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的效果及对患者氧化应激状态的影响。方法 选取2020年 1月-2021年12月我院美容科收治的黄褐斑患者62例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察 组,每组31例。对照组予以强脉冲光治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合果酸治疗,比较两组治疗效果、氧 化应激指标[丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)]、皮肤水分和皮 损评测分值、皮肤特征(色素斑、毛孔、紫质、皱纹及纹理)相关评分及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察 组总有效率为93.55%,高于对照组的70.97%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组MDA低于对照组,SOD 与GSP-Px高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组经表皮水分流失、皮损评分低于对照组, 皮肤角质层含水量高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组色素斑、毛孔、紫质、皱纹及纹 理等相关皮肤特征评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异 无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 果酸联合强脉冲光治疗黄褐斑的效果确切,可抑制氧化应激反应,改善 皮肤损伤状况,且不良反应少。

    Abstract:

    Objective To investigate the effect of acid combined with intense pulsed light on chloasma and its effect on oxidative stress in patients. Methods A total of 62 patients with chloasma admitted to the Department of Cosmetology of our hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected and divided into control group and observation group according to random number table method, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with intense pulsed light, and the observation group was treated with fruit acid on the basis of the control group. The therapeutic effect, oxidative stress indexes [malondialdehyde (MDA), superoxide dismutase (SOD), glutathione peroxidase (GSH-Px)], skin moisture and lesion evaluation scores, skin characteristics (pigment spots, pores, purple, wrinkles and textures) related scores and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.55%, which was higher than 70.97% of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). MDA level in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and SOD and GSP-Px levels were higher than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The water loss and skin lesion score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group, and the water content of the skin stratum corneum was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of pigment spots, pores, purple, wrinkles and texture in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Fruit acid combined with intense pulsed light is effective in the treatment of chloasma, which can inhibit oxidative stress reaction, improve skin injury, and has less adverse reactions.
