Objective To explore the application effect of nursing intervention model based on WeChat in hyaluronic acid facial filling injection and its influence on compliance. Methods A total of 80 patients with hyaluronic acid facial filling injection admitted to Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from May 2019 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and on the basis of the control group, the observation group was combined with nursing intervention model based on WeChat. The facial aesthetic effect, psychological stress state, compliance and awareness rate were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of skin moisture, aesthetics, gloss, softness and elasticity in the two groups at 6 months after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The SAS and SDS scores of the two groups at 3 and 6 months after intervention were lower than those before intervention, and the observation group was lower than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The compliance of medical examination, timely injection, facial nursing compliance, injection method, service attitude and awareness rate of injection effect in the observation group at 6 months after intervention were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention model based on WeChat for patients with hyaluronic acid facial filling injection can improve facial aesthetics, reduce psychological stress response, and improve patient compliance and awareness rate, which is worthy of clinical application.
