Objective To explore the effect of mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream in the treatment of infantile eczema. Methods Sixty-four infantile eczema admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into group A and group B by random number table method, with 32 cases in each group. Group A was treated with hydrocortisone, and group B was treated with mucopolysaccharide polysulfate cream on the basis of group A. The clinical efficacy, symptom score and main inflammatory factor levels were compared between the two groups.
