Objective To explore the effect of Xiaoyin granules combined with secukinumab in the treatment of psoriasis. Methods A total of 94 patients with psoriasis admitted to our hospital from February 2021 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 47 cases in each group. The control group was treated with secukinumab, and the observation group was treated with Xiaoyin granules on the basis of the control group. The disease status (PASI score), inflammatory factor levels and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the symptoms scores of head, upper limb, trunk and lower limb in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IL-17 and IL-22 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoyin granule combined with secukinumab has a good effect in the treatment of psoriasis, which can effectively reduce the expression of inflammatory factors, improve the skin symptoms of patients, alleviate the condition, and is worthy of clinical application.
