Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of humanized nursing intervention combined with wet healing therapy in preventing pressure sores in hospitalized patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 70 breast cancer patients admitted to our hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was treated with humanized nursing intervention combined with wet healing therapy. The incidence of pressure ulcers and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of pressure ulcer in the observation group was 0, which was lower than 11.43% in the control group (P<0.05). The quality of life scores of the two groups after nursing were higher than those before nursing, and the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application value of humanized nursing intervention combined with wet healing therapy in preventing pressure sores in hospitalized patients with breast cancer is definite, which can effectively reduce the incidence of pressure sores and improve the quality of life of patients.
