Abstract:Objective To analyze the causes of skin injury in neurosurgical patients and explore the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing services. Methods A total of 70 patients admitted to the Department of Neurosurgery, Guangyuan First People's Hospital from October 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing service, while the observation group was given comprehensive nursing service after clarifying the causes of skin injury. The occurrence of skin injury and skin state score were compared between the two groups.
