Objective To explore the application value of comprehensive nursing and health education in patients with rectal cancer enterostomy. Methods A total of 61 patients with rectal cancer stoma treated in our hospital from January 2020 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (30 cases) and experimental group (31 cases) by random number table method. The control group was given basic nursing, and the experimental group was given comprehensive nursing combined with health education nursing. The self-care ability, mastery of stoma nursing knowledge and DET score of local skin of stoma were compared between the two groups.
