Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen dressing in wound repair after photorejuvenation. Methods A total of 96 patients who underwent photon rejuvenation in our hospital from October 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate dressing after photorejuvenation. The observation group was treated with recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen dressing after photorejuvenation. The facial subjective symptom score, erythema regression time and allergic reaction were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of facial burning, dryness, pain and tightness in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 3, 5 and 7 days after operation (P<0.05). There were no significant difference in the scores of subjective symptoms between the two groups at 14 days after operation (P>0.05). The disappearance time of burning, dryness, pain and tightness in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group (P<0.05). No allergic reaction occurred in both groups after external application of dressings. Conclusion Recombinant type Ⅲ humanized collagen dressing is effective in wound repair after photon rejuvenation, which can quickly relieve the clinical symptoms of patients, and has high safety.
