Abstract:Objective To explore the causes of skin immersion damage in patients with cerebral hemorrhage and the effectiveness of targeted nursing. Methods From January 2021 to November 2022, 50 patients with skin impregnated damage after cerebral hemorrhage were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given targeted nursing. The effective rate, nursing satisfaction and quality of life scores of the two groups were compared. Results The effective rate of nursing in the observation group was higher than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of quality of life in the two groups after intervention were higher than those before intervention, and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the causes of skin immersion damage between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Targeted nursing is effective in the nursing of skin immersion damage in patients with cerebral hemorrhage, which can improve the quality of life and nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
