Objective To analyze the effect of HEARTY for Injection in patients with mild to moderate lacrimal groove depression. Methods A total of 60 patients with mild to moderate lacrimal groove depression admitted to three medical cosmetic institutions including Chengdu Qingyang Guanghua Crystal Skin Medical Aesthetic Clinic Co. Ltd. from August 2021 to April 2022 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into observation and control groups by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conjunctival approach lower eyelid bag repair, while the observation group was treated with HEARTY for injection. The improvement effect of mild and moderate lacrimal groove depression, the score of tear trough rating scale (TTRS) and satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The improvement rate of lacrimal groove depression in the observation group was 96.67%, which higher than 80.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The TTRS score of the observation group after intervention was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67%, which was higher than 76.67% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of HEARTY for injection in patients with mild and moderate lacrimal groove depression is effective, which can effectively improve the situation of lacrimal groove depression and achieve satisfactory cosmetic effect
