Objective To analyze the clinical effect of beauty Xiaoban decoction combined with Xiaoyao pill in the treatment of chloasma. Methods Thirty patients with chloasma admitted to our hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and experimental group by random number table method, with 15 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine, and the experimental group was treated with beauty Xiaoban decoction combined with Xiaoyao pill. The clinical efficacy, syndrome score, serum level and quality of life were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 93.33%, which was higher than 60.00% in the control group (P<0.05). The syndrome scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group after 8, 16 and 24 weeks of treatment (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum SOD and MDA level in the experimental group were better than that in the control group (P<0.05). The scores of all dimensions of quality of life in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of beauty Xiaoban decoction combined with Xiaoyao pill in the treatment of chloasma is good, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and serum level of patients, improve the quality of life, and is worthy of clinical application.
