At present, fire needle therapy is more and more widely used in dermatological diseases, and has achieved satisfactory results. In particular, fire needle combined therapy has unique advantages in the treatment of pruritus dermatosis, which is better than fire needle alone. In this paper, the clinical application of fire needle in pruritus skin diseases is reviewed, and the antipruritic mechanism of fire needle in traditional Chinese and Western medicine is summarized in order to provide reference for clinical treatment and related research
