Abstract:Objective To explore the application effect of gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor and hyaluronic acid in the treatment of middle facial rejuvenation microplastics. Methods From March to December 2021, a total of 62 patients who underwent middle facial rejuvenation microplastic treatment in Huadian People 's Hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 31 cases in each group. The control group was treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency, and the observation group was treated with gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor and hyaluronic acid. The clinical efficacy, overall facial cosmetic effect, treatment satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 100.00%, which was higher than 96.77% in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05). The scores and total scores of GAIS in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The total satisfaction rate in the observation group was 96.77 %, which was higher than 80.65 % in the control group (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion The application effect of gold microneedle radiofrequency combined with recombinant human epidermal growth factor and hyaluronic acid in the treatment of rejuvenation microplastics is good, which improves the overall cosmetic effect of the face, does not increase the risk of adverse reactions, and has high application safety.middle facial
