Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of carbon dioxide lattice laser+injection therapy on facial skin wrinkle removal and oil evaluation score. Methods A total of 400 patients who received facial skin rhytidectomy in Dali County Hospital from May 2018 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and experimental group, with 200 cases in each group. The control group was treated with injection, and the experimental group was treated with carbon dioxide lattice laser+injection. The facial wrinkle removal effect, skin oil secretion level and skin elasticity parameter level were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was 99.00%, which was higher than 93.50% in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the oil secretion levels of skin area A and B in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the skin elasticity parameters of R2, R5 and R7 in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Carbon dioxide lattice laser + injection therapy for patients with facial skin wrinkles can optimize the therapeutic effect of skin wrinkles, reduce the level of skin oil secretion, and improve skin elasticity.
