Abstract:Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser combined with injection wrinkle removal in patients with skin aging. Methods A total of 79 patients with skin aging admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group (40 cases) and study group (39 cases) by random number table method. The control group was treated with injection rhytidectomy, and the study group was treated with ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser combined with injection rhytidectomy. The facial aging improvement scores (skin wrinkles, skin texture, skin moisture, skin elasticity) and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results After treatment, the scores of skin wrinkles, skin texture, skin moisture and skin elasticity in the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and those in the study group were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was 2.56%, which was lower than 20.00% in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The combined treatment of ultra-pulsed carbon dioxide lattice laser and injection wrinkle removal in patients with skin aging can improve the facial aging of patients with less adverse reactions, which is worthy of clinical application.
