Abstract:Objective To analyze the effect of mometasone furoate cream combined with tacrolimus on symptom score and inflammatory factor level in patients with cosmetic contact dermatitis. Methods A total of 80 patients with cosmetic contact dermatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given mometasone furoate cream, and the observation group was given mometasone furoate cream+tacrolimus. The therapeutic effect, symptom score, skin lesion area, inflammatory factor level and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the skin lesion area was smaller than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of IgE and IL-4 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of IL-10 was higher than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusion Mometasone furoate cream+tacrolimus is effective in the treatment of cosmetic contact dermatitis, which can effectively relieve symptoms, reduce the area of skin lesions, reduce the level of inflammatory factors, and has high safety.
