Objective To analyze the effect of Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral liquid in the treatment of urticaria in children. Methods A total of 80 children with urticaria admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to July 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given desloratadine syrup, and the observation group was given Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral liquid. The clinical efficacy, clinical symptom score, inflammatory factors and IgE levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the scores of pruritus degree, number of wheals, skin scratch sign and wheal size in the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the levels of serum IFN-γ, IL-4 and IgE in the two groups were better than those before treatment, and those in the observation group were better than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Xiaoer Feire Kechuan oral liquid is effective in the treatment of urticaria in children, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, reduce the inflammatory response, and is worthy of clinical application.
