    当归饮子是治疗血虚风燥型皮肤科的基础方,艾儒棣教授在原方基础上加减化裁,用二至丸取 代四物汤,既加强其滋阴润燥之功,又防治其补益太过,敛邪于内;加入麻黄,开通玄府,使腠理调畅, 邪有出路,全方补泻相成,升降相合,标本兼治,全面兼顾,广泛应用于慢性湿疹、银屑病、慢性荨麻疹 等慢性皮肤病,每获良效。本文从该方方义体会和配伍特色探析艾儒棣教授经验方“当归饮子”在慢性瘙 痒性皮肤病的应用,以期为临床治疗提供一定参考。

    Abstract:

    【Abstract】Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of self-made Baibo decoction combined with 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods A total of 120 patients with vitiligo diagnosed and treated in the outpatient department of Zhangye People's Hospital Affiliated to Hexi University from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 60 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 308 nm excimer light irradiation, and the observation group was treated with self-made Baibo decoction combined with 308 nm excimer light irradiation. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 88.33%, which was higher than 61.67% in the control group(P<0.05). No obvious long-term adverse reactions occurred in both groups. Conclusion The clinical effect of self-made Baibo decoction combined with 308 nm excimer light in the treatment of vitiligo is good, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients, promote the recovery of skin color, and the risk of adverse reactions is small and the safety is high.
