Abstract:Objective To study the application effect of comfort nursing intervention in cosmetic suture of facial trauma. Methods A total of 76 patients with facial trauma who underwent plastic surgery in our hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into observation group and control group by random number table method, with 38 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing intervention, and the observation group was given comfortable nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The incidence of complications, postoperative pain, emotional status and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Results The incidence of complications in the observation group was 2.63%, which was lower than 15.79% in the control group (P<0.05). The VAS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group at 1, 3 and 5 days after operation (P<0.05). The HAMA score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of surgical environment, emotional experience, nursing attitude and nursing skills in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Comfortable nursing intervention has a good application effect in cosmetic suture of facial trauma, which can effectively reduce the incidence of complications, reduce the degree of postoperative pain, improve the anxiety of patients, and improve nursing satisfaction.
