Objective To explore the application effect of comprehensive nursing in patients with bronchial fistula treated with nickel-titanium alloy bronchial occluder. Methods A total of 21 patients with bronchial fistula admitted to our hospital from January to September 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to different nursing methods, they were divided into control group (10 cases) and observation group (11 cases). The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given comprehensive nursing. The psychological status, satisfaction, quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS and SDS scores of the observation group after nursing were lower than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The scores of physiological function, physiological function, body pain, general health, vitality and social function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). After 1 year of follow-up, the symptoms of cough, sputum and infection caused by bronchial fistula disappeared in all patients, and the occluder was accurately positioned. Conclusion Comprehensive nursing for patients with bronchial fistula treated with nickel-titanium alloy bronchial occluder is helpful to improve nursing satisfaction, patients' bad mood and quality of life, which is worthy of clinical application.
