Aortic dissection is caused by a variety of reasons in patients with aortic lumen tear break, the blood in the aortic lumen from the intimal tear into the aortic media, so that the aortic intima and middle separation to form a false lumen, may be along the long axis of the aorta direction of the expansion, must be timely and strict perioperative quality care services and surgical treatment, if the treatment and nursing measures are not timely, the mortality rate is as high as 91%. This paper expounds the key points of high quality nursing in perioperative period of aortic dissection from many aspects, aiming to provide some reference for perioperative nursing of patients with aortic dissection.
