Abstract:Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of ultra-pulsed CO2 in periocular rejuvenation. Methods From October 2020 to October 2021, 68 patients who underwent eye anniversary rejuvenation treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with ultra-pulsed CO2. The scores of eyelid relaxation quantitative table before treatment and 1,3,6 and 12 months after treatment were compared, and the occurrence of adverse reactions, clinical efficacy and treatment satisfaction were observed. Results The total effective rate was 98.573%. The scores of eyelid relaxation quantitative scale at 1, 3, 6 and 12 months after treatment were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant ( P <0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions was 5.88%. The treatment satisfaction was 97.06%. Conclusion Ultrapulsed CO2 can effectively meet the needs of patients for periocular rejuvenation, improve eyelid relaxation and periocular wrinkles, and maintain for a long time. Meanwhile, it has certain safety, high patient satisfaction and certain clinical value.
