Objective To investigate the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with methylthioninium chloride injection in the treatment of pruritus ani. Methods A total of 90 patients with pruritus ani admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to August 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into reference group and combined group, with 45 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with methylthioninium chloride injection, and the combined group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide combined with methylthioninium chloride injection. The clinical efficacy, pruritus symptom score, pain score, hospitalization time and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.
