Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with tacrolimus ointment in the treatment of hormone-dependent dermatitis. Methods A total of 96 patients with hormone-dependent dermatitis admitted to the dermatology department of our hospital from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into treatment group and control group, with 48 cases in each group. The control group was treated with single drug, and the treatment group was treated with compound glycyrrhizin tablets combined with tacrolimus ointment. The clinical efficacy, adverse reactions, skin barrier function, immunoglobulin level, inflammatory factor level and symptom score were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05).
