Objective To explore the efficacy of 0.05 % desonide cream in the treatment of eczema dermatitis skin diseases. Methods A total of 70 patients with eczema dermatitis admitted to our hospital from October 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects and divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated with 1% hydrocortisone cream, and the observation group was treated with 0.05% desonide cream.
