Objective To analyze the effect of early flap repair on nasal tissue defect caused by infection after rhinoplasty. Methods A total of 20 patients with nasal tissue defect caused by infection after rhinoplasty in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 were selected as the research objects. Early flap repair was carried out, and the repair effect, repair satisfaction, negative emotion and quality of life at 1 year after operation were analyzed. Results The nasal function score of 20 patients was (9.22±0.33) scores, the texture score was (8.98±0.41) scores, the contour score was (9.04±0.30) scores, the color score was (8.92±0.47) scores, and the repair satisfaction was 100.00%. After treatment the scores of anxiety and depression were lower than those before treatment, and the differences were statistically significant (P
