    摘要:

    目的 探究优质护理干预在痤疮瘢痕患者点阵激光治疗中的应用效果。方法 选择2020年 9月-2021年9月于我院行点阵激光治疗的100例痤疮瘢痕患者为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,每 组50例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组的基础上采用优质护理干预,比较两组痤疮瘢痕情况、 护理满意度及并发症发生情况。结果 观察组痤疮瘢痕评分低于对照组,护理满意度评分高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率为2.00%,低于对照组的14.00%,差异有统计学意 义(P<0.05)。结论 优质护理干预在痤疮瘢痕患者点阵激光治疗中的应用效果确切,可有效缓解瘢痕情 况,提高护理满意度,降低不良反应发生风险,值得临床应用。

    Abstract:

    Objective To explore the application effect of high quality nursing intervention in lattice laser treatment of acne scar patients. Methods From September 2020 to September 2021,100 patients with acne scar who underwent fractional laser treatment in our hospital were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 50 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given high quality nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The acne scar condition, nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups. Results The acne scar score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the nursing satisfaction score was higher than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P
