Abstract:Objective To analyze the application effect of Omaha system in outpatient pregnant women with gestational hypertension. Methods A total of 70 pregnant women with gestational hypertension who were admitted to our hospital from April 2020 to February 2021 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 35 cases in each group. The control group was treated according to the nursing norms of the obstetric clinic, and the observation group was treated with the Omaha system nursing model intervention. The changes of blood pressure, the problems in the treatment and the coincidence of nursing records were compared between the two groups. Results The blood pressure of the observation group was better than that of the control group ( P <0.05). The problems in the physiological field, health-related field, environmental field and psychological field in the observation group were less than those in the control group ( P <0.05). The coincidence of nursing records in the observation group was higher than that in the control group ( P <0.05). Conclusion The application of nursing intervention based on Omaha system for pregnant women with gestational hypertension in outpatient department is beneficial to control the blood pressure status of pregnant women, reduce the problems existing in the treatment process, and optimize the treatment process.
