Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of tacrolimus ointment combined with carbon dioxide lattice laser in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods A total of 50 patients with vitiligo who were admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and observation group by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The reference group was treated with tacrolimus ointment, and the observation group was treated with carbon dioxide lattice laser on the basis of the reference group. The clinical efficacy, inflammatory factor levels [tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α), γ-interferon (IFN-γ), interleukin-17 (IL-17)] and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the reference group, and the difference was statistically significant (P0.05). Conclusion The clinical effect of carbon dioxide lattice laser in patients with vitiligo is better, which can reduce the inflammatory response of patients without increasing adverse reactions.
