目的 分析小切口白内障囊外摘除手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果。方法 选择2020年1月-2022年 12月我院收治的30例硬核白内障患者为研究对象，均采用小切口白内障囊外摘除手术治疗，观察患者术 前与术后各时段的视力改善情况，测量眼压、散光度、角膜内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞比例，同时记录 并发症发生情况。结果 术后1周、1、3个月视力0.5~1.0的患者占比高于术前（P＜0.05）；患者术后1周 眼压与术前比较，差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05），但术后1、3个月时眼压低于术前（P＜0.05）；且术后 1周、1、3个月散光度低于术前（P＜0.05）；患者术后角膜内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞比例均低于术前 （P＜0.05）；患者术后共出现1例角膜水肿，1例前房出血，并发症总发生率为6.67%（2/30）。结论 小切 口白内障囊外摘除手术治疗硬核白内障的临床效果理想，能够改善患者视力、眼压、散光度，并降低患者 角膜内皮细胞密度、六角形细胞比例，且术后并发症较少，安全性较高。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of small incision extracapsular cataract extraction in the treatment of nuclear sclerotic cataract. Methods From January 2020 to December 2022,30 patients with nuclear sclerotic cataract admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with small incision extracapsular cataract extraction. The visual acuity improvement before and after operation was observed. The intraocular pressure, astigmatism, corneal endothelial cell density, hexagonal cell ratio were measured, and the complications were recorded. Results The proportion of patients with visual acuity of 0.5-1.0 at 1 week, 1 month and 3 months after operation was higher than that before operation (P0.05), but the intraocular pressure at 1 and 3 months after operation was lower than that before operation (P
