Objective To explore the application effect of orbital septum fat transfer filling technique in correction of eye bag with lacrimal groove depression. Methods From November 2021 to November 2022, 80 patients with eye bags with lacrimal groove depression admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects. The orbital septum fat transfer filling technology was used for cosmetic repair. The clinical efficacy was analyzed, and the incidence of complications, quality of life and patient satisfaction were counted. Results The total effective rate of treatment was 98.75% in 80 patients; there were 1 case of swelling and 1 case of lower eyelid depression, and the complication rate was 2.50%. The total satisfaction rate was 96.25%; the quality of life and psychological status were after treatment better than those before treatment, and the difference was statistically significant (P
