Objective To investigate the aesthetic effect of quartz fiber post and nano resin in the treatment of anterior teeth trauma. Methods A total of 60 patients with anterior teeth trauma who were treated in the Department of Endodontics, Zhangjiakou Stomatological Hospital from December 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with nano resin for anterior teeth restoration, and the observation group was treated with quartz fiber post combined with nano resin for anterior teeth restoration. The improvement of white aesthetic index (WES) and the occurrence of adverse events were compared between the two groups. Results The scores of all dimensions of WES in the two groups after repair were higher than those before repair, and the observation group was higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant (P
