    目的 观察CO2点阵激光联合纳米脂肪注射治疗增生性瘢痕的临床效果。方法 选取我院2022年 1月-6月收治的56例增生性瘢痕患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各28例。对照 组采用CO2点阵激光治疗,研究组在对照组基础上联合纳米脂肪注射治疗,比较两组临床疗效、改良温哥 华瘢痕量表(mVss)评分、瘢痕厚度以及不良反应发生情况。结果 研究组治疗总有效率为92.86%,高于 对照组的78.57%(P<0.05);两组治疗后瘢痕色泽、血管分布、柔软度、厚度、疼痛评分均低于治疗前, 且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后瘢痕厚度小于治疗前,且研究组小于对照组(P<0.05); 研究组不良反应发生率为3.57%,低于对照组的7.14%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 CO2点阵激 光联合纳米脂肪注射治疗增生性瘢痕可提高临床治疗效果,促进瘢痕状态的改善,且不会增加不良反应发 生几率,具有良好的有效性和安全性。

    Abstract:

    Objective To observe the clinical effect of CO2 lattice laser combined with nano fat injection in the treatment of hypertrophic scar. Methods A total of 56 patients with hypertrophic scar admitted to our hospital from January to June 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and study group by random number table method, with 28 cases in each group. The control group was treated with CO2 lattice laser, and the study group was treated with nano-fat injection on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, modified Vancouver scar scale (mVss) score, scar thickness and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of treatment in the study group was 92.86%, which was higher than 78.57% in the control group (P0.05). Conclusion CO2 lattice laser combined with nano fat injection in the treatment of hypertrophic scar can improve the clinical treatment effect, promote the improvement of scar state, and will not increase the incidence of adverse reactions, with good efficacy and safety.
