Objective To analyze the application effect of Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture method in the treatment of chloasma. Methods A total of 90 patients with chloasma who were treated in the Department of Traditional Chinese Medicine of our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were selected as the research objects. According to the random number table method, they were divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. The control group were treated with face acupuncture, while the patients in the observation group were treated with Ziwuliuzhu acupuncture method on the basis of the control group. The clinical efficacy, chloasma score hormone level and MASI score were compared between the two groups.
