Objective To explore the effect of PDCA nursing mode on clinical indexes and flap repair in patients with craniocerebral trauma. Methods A total of 80 patients with craniocerebral trauma admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and nursing group by random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The reference group was given basic nursing, and the nursing group was given PDCA nursing mode. The complications, clinical indicators, rehabilitation effects [cognitive function (MMSE), selfcare ability (BI index), neurological deficit (NIHSS)] and emotional status were compared between the two groups.
