Abstract:To explore the application effect of cast porcelain veneer in aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth. Methods A total of 60 patients with aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth admitted to our hospital from November 2019 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into reference group and experimental group by random number table method, with 30 patients in each group. The reference group received zirconia all-ceramic crown repair, and the experimental group received cast porcelain veneer repair. The repair effect, aesthetic score, plaque index, gingival index and complications of the two groups were compared. Results The repair rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The aesthetic effect of anterior teeth after repair in both groups was better than that before repair, and that in the experimental group was higher than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The plaque index and gingival index of the two groups after repair were lower than those before repair, and those in the experimental group were lower than those in the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). Conclusion Compared with zirconia all-ceramic crown, cast porcelain veneer is more effective in the cosmetic repair of anterior teeth, which can effectively improve the aesthetic restoration of anterior teeth, improve stability, reduce dental plaque, improve gingival environment and has better safety.
