Abstract:Objective To study the value of ozone acupoint injection+pulsed radiofrequency in the treatment of postherpetic neuralgia. Methods A total of 110 patients with postherpetic neuralgia admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into reference group (n=55) and treatment group (n=55) by random number table method. The reference group was treated with ozone acupoint injection, and the treatment group was treated with ozone acupoint injection combined with pulsed radiofrequency. The VAS, PSQI and LSI-B scores and clinical efficacy were compared between the two groups. Results The VAS score and the PSQI score of the treatment group was lower than that of the reference group, and the LSI-B score and total effective rate of treatment were higher than those of the reference group, the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Ozone acupoint injection combined with pulsed radiofrequency therapy is helpful to reduce the pain degree of patients with postherpetic neuralgia and improve patients' quality of life and sleep. The therapeutic effect is accurate and worthy of clinical application.
