Objective To observe the clinical effect of L?viselle? in hand rejuvenation. Methods Two patients who were admitted to our hospital due to the reduction of hand soft tissue on October 19,2022 were selected as the research objects. All patients were treated with L?viselle? for hand injection and filling, and received three times of the same treatment. Each treatment interval was 4 weeks. After a course of injection, they were observed for 8 weeks. The clinical efficacy and adverse reactions after each treatment were followed up. Results The reduction of soft tissue in the hands of two patients was significantly corrected, and the protrusion of veins and tendons was relieved. After treatment, the lines of the hands were natural and smooth, without significant adverse reactions. The HVRS evaluation of the two patients improved by 1 grade respectively, and the patient's self-assessment of GAIS was 2 scores and 3 scores respectively, with a high level of satisfaction. Conclusion L?viselle? hand injection is effective and safe in correcting hand soft tissue reduction without adverse reactions. Although the sample size of this study is small, its good efficacy and safety provide a reference for the treatment of hand rejuvenation with L?viselle? , which is worthy of further clinical verification.
