Abstract:Objective To study the clinical effect of narrative nursing for eczema patients. Methods A total of 84 patients with eczema admitted to the Department of Dermatology, Anhui No.2 Provincial People's Hospital from January 2021 to December were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given narrative nursing. The negative emotional status [anxiety (SAS), depression (SDS) score], sleep quality (PSQI score), quality of life (SF-36 score), pain degree (VAS score), nursing satisfaction and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). After nursing, SF-36 score of the observation group was higher than those of the control group, the PSQI score and the VAS score were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 95.24%, which was lower than 76.19% of the control group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 4.76%, which was lower than 26.19% in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Narrative nursing is effective in patients with eczema, which can effectively improve the negative emotions of patients, relieve their eczema symptoms, improve the quality of life, and effectively reduce the incidence of adverse reactions, patients have higher satisfaction with nursing services..
