Objective To observe the application effect of systematic nursing management mode based on WeChat platform in patients with cosmetic surgery. Methods A total of 180 patients who underwent cosmetic surgery in the Stomatological Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method, with 90 cases in each group. The control group adopted the routine nursing mode, while the observation group adopted the systematic nursing management mode based on WeChat platform. The mastery degree of rehabilitation knowledge, satisfaction and psychological status of the two groups were compared. Results The rehabilitation knowledge of the observation group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The satisfaction scores of postoperative recovery and nursing management in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The application of systematic nursing management mode based on WeChat platform in patients with cosmetic plastic surgery is effective, which can increase the patients' mastery of rehabilitation knowledge, improve their self-care ability, and improve their bad mood. Meanwhile, it is conducive to improving the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of patients.
